I would like to thank Dr Alison Cooke for her consultation with me during this difficult time with corona virus; she is just a phenomenal doctor who has gone what feels like the extra mile to help, support, guide and advise me. She listens, is thorough and personable, puts you at your ease so you can ask questions, quick to make things happen. My family and I have had a worrying time about lumps in my breast and she has been supportive, informative and just an absolute star who I thank so very much. Please stay forever with us in Frinton.

Having just moved to Frinton I was a little apprehensive about the practice due to adverse comments online. I can honestly say that whatever went on before has clearly been addressed as I find them all so helpful and accomodating. I have only needed the doctor once so far and have found their new access system very good. Keep up the good work!

I requested my prescription online on the 16th march 2020, this was ignored, i then sent a message 7 days later this was not read.I then tried to ring the doctors 110 times, this was constantly busy all throughout the day,my partner then went down the next day and was told they would get the prescription clerk to read the message......this still was not done.I then sent a second message 2 days later and finally my message was read.I run out of my medication 3 days before i actually got my medication. Not acceptable !

Please please turn off the music apart from it being dreadful it was very very loud Everyone was complaining about it and people with hearing loss couldn’t hear when their name was called. It was impossible to read whilst waiting and was just poor taste / totally unnecessary. The receptionists ignored everyone and were chattering and laughing as loudly as the music. It is a GP surgery not a pub! Thank you
